Port to Port
Take the whole chain or just the ocean leg. Two shipment models, one accountable provider — you choose how much of the journey we carry.

Most freight quotes fall apart at the edges. One forwarder quotes port to port, another quotes delivered, and the two numbers look thousands of dollars apart for the same cargo. They are not comparable, because they cover different journeys.
We offer both models clearly. Door to door means we take the shipment from your supplier or warehouse and deliver it to the final address, handling collection, freight, clearance and last mile. Port to port covers the ocean leg only, for traders who already have clearing agents and transport arranged at both ends.
Backed by five years handling both, our own vessels on regional routes and 60 owned trucks for the land legs.
Collection from supplier or warehouse, export documentation, freight, destination customs clearance and final delivery to the consignee address.
Businesses without a clearing agent or transport arrangement at destination, and anyone who wants one company answerable for the whole chain.
The ocean leg between two ports, including carrier booking, bill of lading and loading. Clearance and haulage at both ends remain yours.
Established traders with their own clearing agents and hauliers who want competitive ocean rates without paying for services they already have.
We map the model to your Incoterm. Under DDP the seller carries the chain; under FOB the buyer takes over at origin port. Getting this wrong is where unexpected charges appear.
Door to port, or port to door, are both common. Tell us where your responsibility starts and ends and we cover the rest.
We confirm where our responsibility starts and ends, matched to your Incoterm.
Cargo collected from the supplier, or received at the load port for port-to-port bookings.
Space booked, bill of lading issued and export declarations completed before sailing.
Destination customs coordinated and cargo delivered to the final address, where in scope.
Port to port covers only the ocean leg between two ports. Door to door covers the entire journey including collection, export clearance, freight, import clearance and final delivery. Door to door costs more because it includes more, not because the freight is dearer.
Port to port always looks cheaper on the quote, but only covers part of the journey. Compare on landed cost. If you do not already have a clearing agent and haulier at destination, door to door is usually both cheaper and simpler once everything is counted.
Duty and taxes are normally payable by the importer and quoted separately, since they depend on the declared value and HS classification. We tell you what to expect so it is not a surprise at clearance.
Yes. Provide the supplier or factory address and the cargo-ready date and we arrange collection, including from multiple suppliers for consolidation into one container.
Yes. Most of our volume moves outbound from the UAE, and we also handle inbound cargo including supplier collection abroad and clearance at Jebel Ali.
Tell us where your responsibility starts and ends. We will quote the model that actually fits, and show you what each covers.
